About Our Practice

Tranquil Glow Aesthetics is a medical aesthetic practice owned and operated by Dr. Courtney Pate, a PhD-prepared, dually certified family and psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner with over 18 years of medical experience. Our treatments are medical procedures that require professional assessment and care.

Website and Platform

Our website is hosted on the Go High Level platform. By using our website, you also agree to comply with Go High Level's terms of service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our website at any time.

Services and Treatments:

Medical Nature of Services

All services provided are medical aesthetic treatments that carry inherent risks and require:

Eligibility for Services

You must be at least 18 years of age to receive services. Certain treatments may have additional eligibility requirements based on medical history, current medications, or other health factors. Children under the age of 18 years of age may recieve certain treatments with parental consent.

Consultation Requirement

All new clients must complete a comprehensive consultation before receiving treatments. Dr. Pate reserves the right to refuse service if treatments are deemed inappropriate or unsafe for your individual circumstances.

Appointments and Scheduling:

Booking and Confirmation

Appointments are confirmed only upon receipt of required deposit (where applicable). We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to medical emergencies or unforeseen circumstances. Appointment availability is subject to our discretion and practitioner schedule.

Cancellation Policy

24-Hour Notice Required: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Late Cancellations/No-Shows: Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice or no-shows will be charged 50% of the service fee

Deposits: Non-refundable deposits may be required for certain treatments

Emergency Exceptions: Medical emergencies and severe weather may be considered for exceptions.

Rescheduling

Appointments may be rescheduled once without penalty with at least 24 hours notice. Subsequent rescheduling requests may incur administrative fees.

Payment Terms:

Payment Methods

We accept cash, credit cards, and approved financing options. Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

Pricing and Fees

All prices are subject to change without notice. Package deals and promotional pricing have specific terms and expiration dates. Additional fees may apply for consultation, custom treatment plans, or specialized services

Refund Policy

Services are non-refundable once performed. Products are non-refundable once opened. Unused portions of pre-paid packages are non-refundable, in the event that one wishes not to complete their package they will be charged the full service price of each service that they have received.

Arrive on time for scheduled appointments

Follow all post-treatment care instructions

Attend recommended follow-up appointments

Report any adverse reactions immediately

Avoid contraindicated activities during healing period

Photography and Documentation

Treatment photos may be taken for medical documentation purposes. Separate consent is required for any marketing or promotional use of your images.

Limitations of Liability:

Results may vary between individuals. No guarantee of specific outcomes is made. Multiple treatments may be necessary to achieve desired resultsIndividual healing and response to treatments varies.

Scope of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the specific service provided. We are not liable for:

Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. Lost wages or time. Emotional distress (except where required by law). Complications arising from failure to follow instructions.

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and treatment protocols, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use our content without written permission.

Privacy and Confidentiality
