Tranquil Glow Aesthetics is a medical aesthetic practice owned and operated by Dr. Courtney Pate, a PhD-prepared, dually certified family and psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner with over 18 years of medical experience. You must be at least 18 years of age to receive services. Certain treatments may have additional eligibility requirements based on medical history, current medications, or other health factors. Children under the age of 18 years of age may recieve certain treatments with parental consent.
All new clients must complete a comprehensive consultation before receiving treatments. Dr. Pate reserves the right to refuse service if treatments are deemed inappropriate or unsafe for your individual circumstances.
Appointments are confirmed only upon receipt of required deposit (where applicable). We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to medical emergencies or unforeseen circumstances. Appointment availability is subject to our discretion and practitioner schedule.
24-Hour Notice Required: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Late Cancellations/No-Shows: Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice or no-shows will be charged 50% of the service fee
Deposits: Non-refundable deposits may be required for certain treatments
Emergency Exceptions: Medical emergencies and severe weather may be considered for exceptions.
Appointments may be rescheduled once without penalty with at least 24 hours notice. Subsequent rescheduling requests may incur administrative fees.
We accept cash, credit cards, and approved financing options. Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
All prices are subject to change without notice. Package deals and promotional pricing have specific terms and expiration dates. Additional fees may apply for consultation, custom treatment plans, or specialized services
Services are non-refundable once performed. Products are non-refundable once opened. Unused portions of pre-paid packages are non-refundable, in the event that one wishes not to complete their package they will be charged the full service price of each service that they have received.
